yea i believe upon signing S&P, 10% downpayment must be made... some developers will give the option of a 12mth installment plan, doubt this has it tho.Please keep us all updated of any issues since you seem to be very knowledgeable in this area
As for not being able to see the house before signing... i think its almost the same as those buying houses before construction. WHen i bought my unit in putra heights, there wasnt even a show unit to begin with =.= i signed my S&P when my house was still a pile of dirt and grass hahaha...
One question tho, if we're not allowed to see the houses, how come there are property agents putting up pics of the houses in iproperty? sneak in? lol
2nd question, is this all there is to spira houses? or are there other phases of spira as well? cos i saw the website, theres suppose to be alot more units, but so far only couple hundred built.
