ooh somehow i totally missed this project even tho i've stayed in SUbang for 24 yrs now...i was aware of Alam Impian but not TTDI.

I just saw iproperty that the corner lots are going for 800k now... thats like 300k appreciation from developers price...in a space of what...1 yr or lesS? >_<

I have a unit in Putra Heights, due to CF early 2011... but when i saw TTDI AI, kinda grown interest to it, seeing the layout, concept and most importantly G&G.

Wonder any corner units left in TTDI AI?

Thanks a lot for the info Zenquick.....

Please keep us all updated of any issues since you seem to be very knowledgeable in this area  thumbup.gif ...we buyers must be united

yea i believe upon signing S&P, 10% downpayment must be made... some developers will give the option of a 12mth installment plan, doubt this has it tho.

As for not being able to see the house before signing... i think its almost the same as those buying houses before construction. WHen i bought my unit in putra heights, there wasnt even a show unit to begin with =.= i signed my S&P when my house was still a pile of dirt and grass hahaha...

One question tho, if we're not allowed to see the houses, how come there are property agents putting up pics of the houses in iproperty? sneak in? lol

2nd question, is this all there is to spira houses? or are there other phases of spira as well? cos i saw the website, theres suppose to be alot more units, but so far only couple hundred built.

According to small-scale model of TTDI alam impian in TTDI office, there will be six phases for SPIRA, 1A-1F. Ours are 1C. Currently, the building is going on for 1B, next to ours. I heard that TTDI is going to launch them in Dec or Jan. Land sizes are 20X80, 22X80 and 24X80. The price will be higher too. for 24X80, it will be above 600,000. Probably, the build-up will be bigger too. Anyway, that phase need to wait for another 1 year to get the house so I guess we are lucky to have our houses in this phase. That's what I feel coz i need the house ASAP.

Any idea when can we move in? Will it be the same process with sub-sale? I am new to buying house from developer. For sub-sale, you at least need to wait 3-4 months after signing S&P to move in since the owner will transfer the key to you after he gets money from bank.

oh ic... if the price for the new phases are something like you mentioned, then i think its probably worth the wait (for me tongue.gif). since subsale prices now are inflated ever so high... corner lot already 850k above.

not to mention, once phase 1C completes, and you start moving in, others will get to see the end product and finishing of TTDI's houses. No worries for 2nd phase then haha smile.gif

I was at the spira show unit as well last Saturday. concept wise is very interesting, but after looking at the real unit, somehow wasnt up to my expectations >_<

The entire AI is relatively new, probably take another 10 yrs to fully develope. THerefore property appreciation may not be as fast?

also took a trip to AI, really nice designs... but saw one of the corner units, the roof pillar also slanted to one side @_@

perhaps theres some misunderstanding.

the "slanted roof pillars" i was mentioning about was I&P AI. not TTDI AI. i didnt manage to take picture, as it was too bright under the afternoon sun, and my iphone camera wont cut it lol...

i'm kinda worried about the developement in the area. as we can see kota kemuning after over 12 yrs, still not fully occupied. many shop houses behind still vacant and empty. however Bkt Rimau doing much better, with international school, hospital, carrefour all ready and running. blessing for KK residents.

pray hard AI wont be too far behind =D
