but these might be special rates after countless negotiations ...but since u mentioned you are planning to take bfr-2.0 + legal..i think my agents should be able to offer better than that..... subject to financial strength and credit records...

Ya...450k nowadays seems to be a good price...3, 4 years ago people will say these prices are absurd ...
Yeps..eventhough I am a muslim... I always go for houses perceived to have good fengshui (no toilet on top of front door, not facing T junction, no lamp post facing house, facing north, south, east, bla bla bla) since resale value is very important

.. However, I myself do not believe in fengshui
Added on November 4, 2010, 9:18 amI think this is one of the main criteria for most people when booking a house....as I see from the take up pattern...houses facing west are the ones to be booked last....
Anyway...with good heat insulation and air flow management...the effect will be significantly less.....should be ok for own stay if you are willing to invest a bit...but no one can confirm they will staying in the same house forever ...even if they are planning to do so

1) LKSA highway (beside I&P tinta semi-ds) 60 cent
2) Jalan Kebun - no toll
3) Sungai Kandis (next to ttdi alam impian) - this one not many people know, of course no toll
I think nowadays...450K doesn't even meets the minimum price tag on landed properties.
