guise! i following this thread from 1st pages until now...and already started my own diet ^^....
im 172cm weight 99kg...huhu..... started my diet 3 days ago.... can all sifus advice my diet plss breakfast = 2 half-boiled egg /tea/2 slice wholemeal bread and /oat/milk(change everyday ^^) snack= oat(if already eat egg at bfast)if not fruit lunch= rice(half-cup)/chicken/fish/meat/ and vege tea time= fruit and tea dinner= meat/chicken/fish and vege supper=oat and milk im jogging everday for 3 days now about 30-40 min ...then do some push-up and situps.. shy to say this ..im dancing 40-1hour everday >.<... target to get loss weight then build muscle |

Newbie reporting in~Just started joining gym last week, yesterday over exercise i think. Cycling 30min, then doing other body part workout, then running machine for 20min, then other body part workout again, then cycling again, and then joining the power dance class.
which few days ago i didn do that much, today whole body my muscle feel a bit pain. Later go to gym i think only do the sauna at there. rest my muscle 1st. My goal is just get my skin firm, no "sagging" look. height at 157cm, weight 48kg which is normal for me, female, don't want to be looked too skinny so i think this weight is enough. |
