talk about timing, is it OK to weight train early in the morning? As I sometime cant make it to train at night, I might postpone to early in the next morning at 6am

Gym at my own backyard dude.... my own mini gym
gym at my area open at 5pm close at 7pm :/

Added on March 27, 2012, 4:06 pme.g. I accidentally cut myself with knife, so knife is dangerous and knife is not good...

but, how do you get cut? slip as your hand oily? how can this be prevented?
