No offended but I think you're kind of silly to ask such nonsense. Does it matter?

talk about timing, is it OK to weight train early in the morning? As I sometime cant make it to train at night, I might postpone to early in the next morning at 6am

I'm asking because this is my first week going to gym. Never hit gym before. Huhu. Yeah, just use logical thinking. Lol. My gym open 12pm-10pm. Going to hit gym anytime I'm free. Thanks

They usually take about a day to process your order then ship it out. Then it'll usually take 2-4 days in most cases to arrive.

There are a couple of pinch-sites where you take measurements when using the calipers. And a few different formulas based on the number of sites used. So yeah you could do it yourself. Though IINM, it can affect the accuracy if you limit the number of sites. But to give you a rough BF percentage, it's okay.

Guys just found quite a good workout especially to help out with the tummy. Its called planking, it looks easy but trust me, after doing 5 sets you will start shaking.

If planking can magically reduce my tummy, then I will probably have a very flat tummy in just one week.

pan grilled, steam, pan fry, grilled, roast
i don't quite like the idea of microwave the chicken, unless i'm really running out of time

depends, for what kind of dishes i want to cook lo, some i do marinate first but some i don't
but for sure will defrost then marinate for overnight before cook smile.gif
