im 172cm weight 99kg...huhu.....
started my diet 3 days ago....
can all sifus advice my diet plss
breakfast = 2 half-boiled egg /tea/2 slice wholemeal bread and /oat/milk(change everyday ^^)
snack= oat(if already eat egg at bfast)if not fruit
lunch= rice(half-cup)/chicken/fish/meat/ and vege
tea time= fruit and tea
dinner= meat/chicken/fish and vege
supper=oat and milk
im jogging everday for 3 days now about 30-40 min ...then do some push-up and situps..
shy to say this ..im dancing 40-1hour everday >.<...
target to get loss weight then build muscle
