I am a very senior guy already, kid sudah 10 yr old, need more rooms.
You guys are indeed very successful and relatively much younger. Like Chris gor, I dun like gardening, 3-S + 10ft wd be ideal. Will probably stay till old

Frankly property agent shouldn't be in the committee, I hv been criticized when I was a committee in BK4 before.
My designer told me last week, when he talks to a resident, the guy questioned my job nature which is conflict with the interest of the RA.
I mentioned this issue during the 2nd meeting with Pro Tem RA in April b4, I said there will be people objecting a property agent to be the head of RA. I also fully support his view, and I fully support if this guy can take up the post.
Everytime during the general meeting, I always mention that I am a Property Agent, and I wish everyone understand that I am fully aware of the sensitive encounter which may arise in the future.
I repeat again, I "Dun Like" to be part of the committee, and I also hope other agent dun get involve too.
Property Agent CANNOT become a committee member, I stand firm on this!
Pro-Tem is just temporary, anyone also can initiate it, since I know a little bit of the RA setup, I "was asked (by a resident) to offer my help".
P/S : I will be a very co-operative resident in KR. nod.gif

5/8 - I am officially moving in, my comments after 1 week of staying :-

1. 1st and immediate feeling - Much much safer than staying in Bdr Kinrara
2. Feel harmony among residents who hv moved in
3. Quite inconvenient to use the alternative road access
4. The Living environment is better than Bkt Jalil (although BJ edge KR in terms of distance), Bdr Kinrara? totally no match! I hv stayed in I&P housing for 15 yrs, enough to move on!
5. I dunno others, I feel that my investment is value for money
6. The link house road of 50ft is SUPERB!! The feeling of crowded &  congestion while staying in BK area has gone with the wind
7. My wife, kids & maid are damn happy! We hv great moments doing exercise within the compound (& club house)
8. During night time, Club house atmosphere was great. (Still need to tighten the security checking)
9, Nepalese security guards are quite competent (but still need to improve on check in record)
10. So far no negative comments on living environment heard fr my neighbours who are fr Kota Kemuning, Bdr Puteri, Puchong Jaya, Cheras, Bkt Jalil, etc, they all say the environment is great, very cooling air and peaceful.

For those who are still doubt on the KR living environment, I give my assurance!

But wish to highlight that in my recent visit to the club house, i have observed a few things:
1. there a few jokers smoking near the swimming pool
2. a family brought a small boat and play at the pool
3. no proper attire was worn at the swimming pool.

Since you stay in already. may be you could help remind mahsing to enforce the rules while using the pool.

Yes... agree. Mohan is good. In fact all current committee deserves a round of beer... giving up precious family time to make KR a better place for all.

I have received letter to collect keys for the 3 storey semi d 2 weeks ago, quite ridiculous, because I have not even finalised the S&P. And Mah Sing has already started charging me late interest payment of >RM10k, because the bank has not released the loan, but come on, how can the bank release the loan when the S&P has not been concluded and stamped? They gave me 14 days to collect keys and make all remaining payments, otherwise penalty again, but how can I collect key and pay all quit rent etc when I am still legally not an owner yet?

Now giving me stress, have to look for Mah Sing for waiver etc

Lol. I thought I am having this problem with one developer only. rupa2nya mah sing pun begini. go write a black and white bro. i fought2 and have back up lawyer threatening to sue. say that you r going to take legal action against them along with other owners who suffer the same fate as you so mah sing should expect millions worth of lawsuit.

write that in black and white. use legal words.

You can ignore that letter incl the late interest payment. I received the same and when I called MS, they said the letter was sent automatically = basically their system not able to differentiate new buyers and those who bought long ago.

if this is the case then ok la. my case was bad coz the HQ staff even wanna give me bill already. i mengamuk and said i will sue u, your company and all other stakeholders. mad.gif

Thanks, I have already joined that, but realised a lot of discussions on phase 2, but no discussions on semi d at all. Thought the specific FB for semi d will have more discussions on semi d
