Hi Covillea, Does that mean you do agree with gateless concept? Do you not think that the said concept will work if it's owner occupied and not tenanted? Even with Desapark City, there were break-ins. To me it's fine if the security is really top-notch from the very beginning - not beef up only when we have cases...

Need clarification. The address of KR is Taman Damai Utama? For Phase 2 and both Phase 2 & 3? Anyone gotten their keys to Palmiera? Thanks.

Is this really the VP letter by MS for Palmiera?? The address does not do justice to the overall value of KR!! What can we do, the process and how optimistic are we in changing the address - anyone has any idea? Thanks.

I guess what is 'unfavourable' to one man may not be the same to another. I'm sure there are pros and cons.

What I know is MS managed to sell most of its 'unfavourable' units at higher price in the last few months despite market price for 'favourable' units was either lower or same. So this speaks something! If you have strong holding power, perhaps wait till full VP.
