Does that mean you do agree with gateless concept? Do you not think that the said concept will work if it's owner occupied and not tenanted? Even with Desapark City, there were break-ins. To me it's fine if the security is really top-notch from the very beginning - not beef up only when we have cases...

But wish to highlight that in my recent visit to the club house, i have observed a few things:
1. there a few jokers smoking near the swimming pool
2. a family brought a small boat and play at the pool
3. no proper attire was worn at the swimming pool.

Since you stay in already. may be you could help remind mahsing to enforce the rules while using the pool.

You can ignore that letter incl the late interest payment. I received the same and when I called MS, they said the letter was sent automatically = basically their system not able to differentiate new buyers and those who bought long ago.

When to my 3SSL unit last Sat and was shock to see that both TNB electric meter and water meter missing. Did any owner here had face the same problem ?...Btw on my way back noticed there are a number of unit with missing TNB meter.
