Fr day one when I saw the bungalow show house, I told the SA that the bungalow will hv hard time to sell
The facade is too normal
The color is weird
The worse part is the interior design, my wife also shaking her head, I asked the SA why the designer put the arabian design, sure koyak one, he told me too late.

Why 3 storey SD Palmeria 93% sold whereas Ambrosia only 39% sold? Is it because Ambrosia was launched later and priced higher? And what is the selling price of Ambrosia now? What about the 3 storey superlinks...all sold out?

Yup, my friend got a call for his semi-d from a lady agent that sounds more lika a prostitute...simply bullshit the price and telling u ur neighbour has sold the units even below developer's price
Believe this ah lian agent belongs to the same blardy group doh.gif

master title property they are not allow to even step in and management can just ask them to leave the common area
