last transacted price is rm1.37 mil for 3-storey-link.

for 2-storey link is rm1.1mil.

last transacted price for 2-storey semi-d is rm1.79 mil (so far the only unit sold).

please verify as i don't wish to misled too.

2 sty rm 1.1million? But last month I juz went c the end lot 26 wide I think. 1, 050k n owner still can nego?

Come to think of it, don't feel like selling.

Kinrara residence is a prime luxury location second to golf course living at bukit jalil. For those people who cannot afford bukit jalil, this township has a very relax, by the nature club house concept that is very unique.

With KIDEX & SKIP and Jalil City coming up, it wont go much wrong to stay put. Just rent out cheap cheap to subsidize interest will probably enjoy 4 fold of capital gain over interest cost in the next 5 years.

It seems also places like Cyberjaya, puchong south, southville are all mushrooming. KINRARA RESIDENCE CANNOT BE A WRONG CHOICE TO WAIT!!!

One more panic selling means one more residence staying and one less competition in supply. Good news!

Hi all,
Finally bought a two storeys in kr. Don't get cheat to go for those 1mil intermediate unit. Last transaction is 900k and valuation can go up to about 930k only. Some banks give around 850k only.

very well said. many potential buyers trying to push down prices.

kr is the best in puchong. only need mah sing to plant more big trees to provide more shades.
