Objective is to to safeguard each other's interests prior to VP & also to work closely with Mah Sing/TMS to promote KR to the next level.

I decided to purchase due to the G&G concept as I am freak out about safety issue. Hope the semi D will be really safe and the security will be good. I had to give up a prime location freehold property in PJ to exchange this KR unit. Hope I made the right decision biggrin.gif

Issues may discuss (unofficial) :-

1. Changing Kinrara Residence address fr Taman Damai Utama to Kinrara Residence
2. Owners contact / 1st Pro Tem Committee - Residents meeting date
3. RA / JMB
4. Property price
5. Club house opening
6. Security issue - trespassing, access card, CCTV, fence etc
7. Access issue
8. Maintenance fees issue
etc




I know this is very urgent calll, but never mind if we can just meet to know each other.

I feel that this is very unfair for phase 2A residence too...

FYI, 6 to 7 thug armed with parang attacked phase 2A security on March 29, 2013...1 of them seriously injured due to insisted not allowed the thugs to entered to phase 2A

For those who stayed in phase 2B, i guess you will feel that your area had increase security officers at each entrances.

Believe me, the phase 2A housing committee put a lots of efforts to take care our housing area safety issue.

It's more for security reason than inconvenient issue...

Well, i guess phase 2A, 2B and 2C committee need to sit down together in order to solve the problem instead of blaming each others

We schedule another meeting on 19/5/2013 (Sunday) at 11.00 am.
- Meeting with Security company
- Meeting with Mah Sing representative
- Meeting with owners of Fasa 2B & 2C

Quite sure that 2a jmc is different from 2b & 2c

adrian, you're right. people gets confused!

2a, 2b & 2c are not g&g - hence ra needs to be formed. a combined ra will bring a lot of synergies as all within the same enclave.

semi-d & bungalow are g&g - hence jmb will comprise of jmc (reps from developer & reps elected by owners).

and together, kinrara residence is the best in puchong.

Yes, it is Taman Damai Utama, however our pro Tem committee is proposing to change it. Palmeria and Ambrosia are the same
