GR cannot sell big time because it's in cyberjaya although freehold. Does anyone knows why?

i thought G&G concept is sth similar to condo whereby there will be also ppl that might not pay?

actually ah just dont understand ppl who dont pay especially they are staying in expensive property......

Think it all boils down to the owner mentality. My current taman, we set up our own G&G ( collected money to fence up the whole taman & build our own guard house with CCTV ), there were about 30% who refuse to pay but continue to enjoy this facilities . Also by having this in place, the property value actually increased & most important, security has also improved.

Ha ha some who refuse to pay are those actually staying in huge corner houses..

don't pay cannot sell the house or transfer name.

he can don't pay. cannot sell or transfer to children loh.

pay then can transfer name loh.

that's why kr better then bk loh.

Mah sing security for the near damansara idaman project is top notch ..ya the name is Lagenda..if kr got this security than can talk loud loud already

If u stay in puchong and can afford to buy kr semi-d...u will be a big idiot to miss this 1 for own stay!

Does it affect houses near BK8 golf club?

Wow 3 days & 1 night camping.... rclxms.gif ( btw any sharing on living near forest reserve like cool breeze or air is fresher at night ? )

Added on August 18, 2012, 9:55 ammah sing latest q2/12 released results show that kinrara residence is the largest revenues contributor.

it shows that kinrara residence has the best landbank under the mah sing's stable.

and people all over klang valley is choosing kinrara residence.

Covillea, what your view on the future pricing for KR link house prices as condos launching in kind area are at 500 psf lately. (500-650k for condos ) . With G&G & clubhouse facilities, KR should stand out right ?

i live next to KR, there are planes flying across at night and sometimes throughout the nights.

it depends on which approach they are using to land. KLIA or LCCT.

sometimes u kinda pray its not crashing down on the neighrbourhood LoL biggrin.gif

come to KR after it rains, or in the early evening.

you'll see foggy mist at the main entrance bcos there is a water catchment there.

sometimes on a cold rainy day the streets will be filled with light fog.


Added on August 20, 2012, 1:35 pmwalk my dog sometimes around the new KR area. phase one with MJ already completed, seeing alot re-selling their units. expect alot of vacant units as most of them buy earlier to resell.

MS units is completing very rapidly. additional info, they are building a park in the big empty land next to the small pond. thats a big community park biggrin.gif

with this huge demand for kinrara residence, the value will continue to go up & up.

let's wait till vp. i can't tell right now as demand continues to escalate as bungalows are started to sell a fair bit.

yes.

bukit jalil-puchong-seri kembangan is the best buy!

cyberjaya-putrajaya many are buying for investments. when vp, both townships will be quiet because not many people keen to move there yet.

hence, kinrara residence bungalows are selling well.

Hi guys,

Visited the site last weekend. The completion progress is amazing. I believe the superlink will be ready by end of tis year.

Road was tar and the cross bridge also in progress.

Saw the piece of empty land opposite the clubhse and the piece near the mahajaya link hse was under landscaping/garden construction... Is it build by TMS?

The more landscaping, the more merrier of KR...

What impressed me the most is the amount of subsales available even before VP?

What do you guys think on this? Are all these genuine selling ? REasonable price? Transfer permitted by developer?

all i can say is that kinrara residence is in a superb location in puchong. prices will catch-up after semi-d/bungalow start to move in.
