I guess it depends which period are you comparing with. The very first phase of 2-storey SD was launched at 1.3m+ and developer then increased gradually the price for every phase/release of units. If I remember correctly, the 1.9m is for the last row which has slightly bigger land size.

yes some are slightly bigger but there're quite a few the same size.

when it was launched: rm1.38m, next to linear park: rm1.68m

now it's rm1.88m but with added skip, kidex, mex, etc.

hello, does anybody know if there is any new upcoming launches for kinrara residences ? no more DSTH launches already izit ?

kinrara residence is best investment in puchong. go for it.

sunway eastwood is out except for location where it's nearer to mex interchange. other then than, go for kinrara residence all the way!!!

Just visited KR site;
- 2s semi-d building near completion, drainage & road work in-progress.
- Fencing & Door leave very low spec -Ms fence with brickwall without detail design...all room provided with timber flush door (Hollow) with simple lining only...can't really match the overall modern building design standard...
- Hope it will have better external landscaping to enhance the overall image...
- 2s semi-d last row, behind road's level higher than the house closer to one storey high...
- Attached some KR & GR site photos for comparson...Gr have better fencing design...

you can look at Qaseh..called developer...they are getting approval to to release the bumi quota..........there are 14 - 15 units ....but whether the unit location is good or not and price still the same...itu i tak tau la...

but i remember i last saw...those smaller unit 24 X 80 which is park under bumi quota is all facing T-junction (not really a road but back lane)....

I not sure Emerald had how many phases but I know few of the previous buyers bought at RM 650k+

Quite impress with both Sapphire and Emerald workmanship but price tag too high.

Unsure whether the market is good bcz most owners asking higher than bank valuation.

especially for those who can afford, go for kinrara residence.

i&p offers bk but residents have to come together to manage their own guards. hence, may not be ideal especially after some time, there'll be people ended-up not paying.

in puchong, only 3 notable g&g:

1) lakeedge puchong (jam like mad, forget about it!!!)
2) kinrara residence (the best & most ideal!!!)
3) sunway eastwood (excellent access to mex in an up & coming Puchong South development)
