if the SKIP highway is a confirmed proposal i think it wouldnt affect much to the palmeria of kinrara residence too since it is not elevated but is parallel to the road heading all the way to kinrara residence...
*
You are right, at least it is not elevated. However, it remains to be a "highway" that it will be lots of car with noise and dusk pollution. cry.gif The brick wall at least to certain extent will reduce the noise level, i hope.

I resigned the fact that there always be 1 highway somewhere, so long not elevated which is a nuisance. hmm.gif

The inner roads is 40 feet wide and 50 feet wide for the main road, any idea for Ambrosia?

that's why mah sing as a developer has the muscle, resources & connections to enquire from the relevant authorities & to make an explanation to the purchasers - part of csr mah!

not everything is about p&l leh or bottom-lines!

mah sing staff has been monitoring this. please escalate to your senior management.

anyway, has anyone check with their staff on this?

Thank you very much.

Sales have not been up to expectation, as yet. Most probably due to the high price tag.

For sure current economic uncertainties will affect the property market sentiment badly!
Mahsing so high gearing for expansion of development projects, it may face cash-flow problem if sudden crisis occur.
Furthermore, no doubt KR semi-D has very good sales during preview but there is a possibility with high drop-out rate before ink down the S&P agreement.
Time for TMS to review their strategic before they move on further…! rclxub.gif

if mah sing/tms don't drop the price, then hardly will have drop-off rate.

if they start to drop the semi-d prices, then we'll see bulk drop-off.

Price 100% will not drop...throw in goodies may be
By the way the bungalow does not look that good...compare wt 3 story semi D factor in the price...3 story semi d looks more promising

No! semi-d 2&3 storey purchaser just paid the booking fee & yet to sign S&P agreement, they still can withdraw the deal and only paid RM1k for penalty...!

what i meant is if mah sing continues to raise the selling price of future launches, then pull-out rate for semi-d will be lower.

No WOW factor...after a while u get bore of looking at the same sort of design been use again and again and again...garden residence, hijaun residence kinrara residence and more all lebih kurang
With first entry price of 3 storey demi d half of 1 st entry price of the bungalow...what do u think?
Some more the whole house white suddenly the front wall come out with a cheapo colour paint...at least incorporate some hi end cladding or sort lah! doh.gif
And roof also not modern...flat roof will suit better with the design

Added on September 21, 2011, 10:34 amFor those who bought link house from Mahajaya...those material use by tms is really really teruk..all sand bricks...roof structure all kayu( where got people use kayu nowadays)..the cement plastering from far loook really really thin..
Of course once ready outsie looks the same but inside all doh.gif
