the salesperson claimed that the developer got to know many buyer don't wan the middle wall, so they will not provide it anymore. This is what i've been explained today at the sale office. Yet, it is hot sale simply due to the extra carpark. I bet. If you comparing the smallest size 675sft (only one carpark, extra carpark need rm40k) with 717sft, the prices for both units type are about the same. So why not buying bigger size and get 2 carpark at the same time? Logic?

hi bros, i just went sales office today.. as a previous MS hseowner, of location, looking at the overall masterplan as what they told,MALL AND MS HQ will be in 2nd phase with at least 4 star hotel.. Few quarries on MS, i have heard alot on their nice words during sales, and SUDDEN CHANGE OF PLAN is their reasons for a lot of projects... maybe can look at first page design, and change of plan... till today design...sob sobs...
Asking about izzit the first mall of MS, yeah.. i have think of their commitment of making the first retail looking good, but....
SOUTHGATE to me is a big dissapointment... i worry, hq not there, mall like southgate, few flyover and direct access have sudden change of plan agn....sob sob...

just my two cents.. hope hear from you guys taikos tooo...

Thank you for sharing your past experience with MS. I guess there are die hard fans of MS as well as those who die die also will not buy MS Product in this forum due to pass experiences... fair enough.
My take on this project with MS Brand Image on the line, its a make or break for MS. They have no choice but to do well in this focus project or face the wrath of the general public perception and their MS Brand will never be on the Top Developer List which MS is aspiring to be one.

Don't make sense if the reason the purchaser chose to buy the 717 unit is due to the dual key. If not might as well buy the 675 sf unit...

I bought the 717 sq ft due to the dual key concept.... The additional car park is only a plus point....
if they remove the wall, then the unit will looks weird with 2 toilets in a Studio.. sad.gif

Nowadays MS project sales looks going down trend? Like not much hot sales project since last year..what's happened? Weak management?

hmmm..... dual key is the signature design thatz y they brand it as 'Creative Tower' though...... Guess the sales staff whom u spoke to is newly hired??

Actually, this project asking price is above average, but compared with what is provided / promised, I think it is price just right. I look at the word "over premium" as a positive perspective. It means a class above the rest. Separates the men and the boys. Again, execution / implementation is paramount! cool2.gif

Hey guys! any idea when will they commence work for the new link roads at federal highway? There was just a short hooohaa in June/July this year to promote the creative tower. Then suddenly went silent till now. shocking.gif

No idea but I think they will only build it during final phase when hotel plus office blocks are ready.

That day a banker told me that MS is now at high gearing! Not sure if the entire project get delayed or not...... hmm.gif

This is DIBS project. I'm sure they will try to avoid any delay unless they go burst....
On othr hand, ramp will be build in 2 phase. 1st phase is direct ramp fr federal highway and ldp to by 2016. 2nd phase is u turn and underpass by 2018.
