I bought into this project knowing very well it will not be the "BEST" investment ever but somehow this project captivates me from the day it was launch.. maybe its because i grew up near here.. and i really like the whole Iconic concept and accessibilty, proposed. I do see that with the Launch of Creative Tower, Icon City is now slowly back on investor radar.. good to see this happening after much much negative comments...

I got my iSovo at 829psf after discount. It gradually gone up in price in subsequent launch. I think it was a good move for MS to lower the price again for the Creative Tower. If not I think this project would be a cold storage.

jucl... glad that you are sharing the same on the Iconic concept.
Its just a pity that Central did not sign with MS on the retail part.. I really like their concept in Thailand especially their food stalls. Wondering MS is now looking for whom to partner... that goes the same with the hotel. I think this will impact much on this Project Success.

Cmw.. thanks for info. Central must be looking for a bigger place then. MS Should start looking for another big name. Any info on that?

Maneki.. Investing in this project is a big decision. Suggest that you verify all facts including the land title before making a decision. But if your decision is not to buy due to industrial title, then I suggest that you don't go into property investment wink.gif

Having read all of your post recently on the Dual Key and if it will provide a good yield, got me thinking again about how am I gonna get any yield at all from my iSovo unit. I bought it with intention to use it as a my own office for various reason. But if I wanted a better yield, I am actually thinking how I can rent it out by marketing the unit for what purpose... hmmm...

hi moonstone,
Am not sure about the rest, as for my iSovo purchase, I managed to secure the 90% loan, BLR - 2.2 with DIBS with Affin Bank at the very beginning during their first day launch and its commercial title. I remembered the other banks did not offer such an attractive package.

Wow! Thanks Chris Chew for the clarification. I didn't know this when I was signing the documents during the iSovo purchase.. my bad! But my lawyer did explain clearly I was buying into a commercial / office and was not under the HDA Act. So he read every point in the SNP to me, although 20% of it I didn't really understand.

Anyone got photos of garden residence or Kinrara residence which MS have given vp. Not that I have invested in many project's to compare get but can MS actually be that bad as depicted by Donald trump? I have seen many existing projects from otherher branded developers in the market .. I would say mostly are comparable. . But I guess donald trumpt tai kor must have his own personal experience

zenix, you are right on the layout in the iSovo. Although I will most likely use it as office space, i have been thinking on how best to utilize the space. I am still planning on that..

accetera, thank you for the info. Didn't know that iSovo have been mostly sold out. I thought there was still a lot remaining. I wonder what the other buyers of iSovo is intending to do with their unit.. it definately cannot be use as residential and I hope the buyers know that...

I have been looking / googling around on New York type Loft office design and it surely looks nice... have to think along that line for a iSovo duplex unit I guess wink.gif

Ha ha. . Good idea. . But I don't think I will be able to climb those on a day to day basis. Will probably use the. Bottom portion for document storage

yah.. you are right, the unit have dual door system. I can actually make it into 2 units if I wanted to. But I like the double volume space, especially if I make a meeting room right next to the window with nice hanging down lighting and overlooking the park.
I think the meeting would be more productive with nice ambience wink.gif

yes.. there is 1 bathroom on each floor... and that was one of the reason zenix mentioned about not having enough space. But I guess there is good and bad. depend on how you want to plan the layout.

I guess the only good news about this project thus far is that it is now slowly developing nicely into a big structure .. Pass it today and saw the progress smile.gif
