No right or wrong on which one comes first. Most important is the x factor which will draw in the crowd around that area which are spoilt for choice on where to hang out.. has to be sustainable as well. Don't know about the rest. . I have this feel that empire subang is loosing its x factor compared to paradigm. The top portion have no crowd

It's selling at about RM800-900/sf. DIBS, all legal fees and stamp duty borne by the developer, 8% discounts.

Correct me if im wrong …. For the icon residenz towers, what electricity rates do we pay? Residential or commercial ? understand that the residential tower will be protected under HDA but we pay commercial electricity rates?

Thanks bro??? LOL.. Can be considered under residential title - 90% loan. Utilities all commercial rates because it's a commercial land.
