Guys, I-suite @ I-city has Best Western to manage the hotel. How come Mah Sing has yet to announce who will be the business to run the hotel at icon city?

If there is already a contract sign with a hotel operator, they will announce it within the same day...If no announcement means... For a successful hotel venture, normally the hotel owner will enter into long term years contract with the hotel operator as the operator would also want to have certain say in the concept, layout, room furnishing, outlet design especially when the operator is from an international chain |

Hi guys, I've just got my second letter requesting for interest payment for creative tower? What shall I do, isn't the developer paying the interest?
Anyone else facing similar problems? |

Dear all icon residents, gong xi fa cai!
 Would like to share my experience at Setia Walk. Had my dinner at Grand Shanghai food court yesterday and this place is awesome! There got variety local chinese food and drinks  hope icon city management can set up such a wonderful and authentic food court in future. This will sure add value to the whole icon city |
