why the discussion needed to be cheras vs sungai way?

it can be both places also wong, or both places also boh lat to wong.....

on paper, I look good on velocity...at least mrt/lrt interchanges are there + shopping malls + ikea....how to fail?

those are new village....not slum per sa.....

if you know of their market price, you wont say they are slum.....

easily more expensive than the shoe box TMS....

Same thing w kampong baru....I rather be a kampong baru "slum" than 400sq Summer Suites owner. blush.gif

those are proper brick bungalows (think lishold, nearby kg Tunku)....not the new village as discussed in sg way.

Before the icon pass....
Travel from kl to klang is an ease at 10PM at night...weekdays.

Now the jam started soon after asiajaya.....all the way to ldp bridge...at 10PM.

Am sure when yr friend signed the spa, there wasnt any date de...just blank spa...bcos they havent obtained apdl.
Once they obtained apdl...then only they inserted the date and got stamp...

I bet the date of spa is few months after yr friend signed the spa....

Name already gave way lioa lah....its a sovo...not under hda....therefore tak ada standard LAD as resi.

You need to check yr spa to determine in what circumstances you will entitle to LAD under commercial arrangement.

developers can help finding potential tenants for the retails lots.......
that's all they can do...

beside.....most key located retails and opis blocks probably were sapued by directors and associates and buddies anywhere.....

you think commoners like us can walk in and buy corner or end lots or high visibility units meh????

sunway pyramid and paradigm are nearby but not along fed hiway.
the old cold storage now courts & giant near hilton is past it's glory days.

Unfortunetely my views are of opposite of you.
I believe mall is a bad idea....it creates traffic jam, serving small population in surrounding area and simply there are far more too many malls around this area...

Whereas hotel wise...depends on how u priced it...its much welcome for biz travel and tourists alike....its easy access to fedhwy closer to subang airport and nearer to bigger shopping malls like pyramid and mid valley.

mid valley is still the place to go for proper shopping...almost everything is under one roof....

but carparking is a headache....
