the progress of the Icon City seem like about 70% already...but when the ramp will start?

I thinking to buy for investment this project. How is the prospect?
With current slump economic is it worth to invest?

over million not affordable
Soho not interested... Residenz if can't rent out I still can stay...but Soho should not allow to stay like home right?

Now still can't know whether is futuristic + iconic or not.... until they paint up the building and the windows.
The window in those rendering picture look like light blue....quite beautiful...but I wonder those window will look like that or not after completion...

Anyone already see they start to build ramp from federal highway or LDP?

See the progress quite encourage.. The residenz2 tower is the last to complete I think.

Wow.. Ur 4th photo view is fantastic. It can't be seen from LDP and Federal highway I think.. The residenz1 look great. The few floor around 30 floor there is house or what?

Yeah.. The developer need to ensure they make it right on 1st step.. Their position, their aim, and their vision must get it right at first place.. And we as investor.. Just pray for the best >_<

How about icon city? What is Thiet anchor tenant for their mall? And I heard they will move their headquarter to icon city oso..

They still have 1 year for VP.. And almost all units sold..
Even they are failed they had got away with what they want.. But I think they will try their best to make it success as they still have 2nd phase to go.
For mall.. They may manage by themselves.. I had heard of Jaya Grocery is one of their mall tenant. And few more brand that I not really know what is it =.=!

At least they must have standard of Subang Parade.. That is the minimum requirement..

How long that project had VPed?
Then how is the development there?

hope to see it by myself but now at overseas😓

Seem like Mahsing commercial development plan like really lousy..
They don't have one leasing team to help on this matter?

The 2nd phase seem like not yet plan to start yet.

The gourmet street also don't know they plan until got how many anchor tenant oledi =.=''

The bridge is enter from middle of federal highway or from beside?
If from beside mean icon city residence need to squeeze with those want to go sunway one before able to go to icon city
