Big anchor tenants is unlikely to rent from different landlords, is possible if developer is keeping or same buyers have a suitable size units.

How many unit the developer is keeping at icon?

Sapu is more likely contra with contractors, subcontractor, suppliers and sub-suppliers, and most will let go upon vp. Doubt many if any hold sizeable units for anchor tenants e.g one south.

Whatever developer could do here would have done at one south.
