I'm quite curious, after all these years. i wonder why this project is still not showing any signs of growth.

And given the current situation with Icon City, why are they still building Onyx right next to it? is the project confirmed?

I would say at least work on developing the property value in existing Icon City no? Seems like a ghost town there. If it turns into another scotts garden its gonna be damn stupid. At least if they work on improving Icon City first they could fetch big bucks for Onyx no? just my two cents.

Since Sunway Serene started project near there, and other projects in KJ area like Paradigm and Highpark increase the median psf price it is a good time for MS to start building Onyx to find more waterfish.

Unless the whole land at WD and Nangyang there to redevelop... Else... There will help nothing on Icon City... The land over Icon too small plus surrounding by low cost community...

I heard one of the tower fully occupied by now. The MSC status tower that MS hold.
For Residenz 1 n 2 also getting limited stock now. Recent inquiry also seen higher offer as compare to previous 1-2 years.

Just the commercial side really slow. MyNews.com move out this week. No new shop coming in. Anyone interest to open zap fan is good opportunity with lot of office n tenant move in now

If mynews couldn't sustain mean many are unlikely either.

their location is on 3a floor
next to office towers
however those are sovo and most aren't used as offices more like residential and abnb
and it is a much nearer walk for t2 owners than 711
so why wouldn't they open on weekends?
condom and beer sales alone would probably sustain them.

it's easy to talk crap and negative thing even for high yield reit like klcc.
much less projects still that haven't taken off.
go lurk in AAA property chats then if you're not owner here don't bring your doom and gloom bs.

Mah sing is not known to be holding empty land banks for years wan....they are not ioi sime or other plantation companies.

Each day they hold they make losses.

Beside they need to inject some new biz excitment to bring the biz sentiment up....

But i wowouild say why not brighten up the exterior color of existing building for a start?
