Star Avenue mall is a neighbourhood mall a.k.a an small open concept mall.

No point comparing.

If you want to compare, u can compare Star Avenue with Citta Mall, Centerpoint BU, Sunway Giza and etc etc.

Star Avenue is worst than this 3 malls. Giant also cannot survive, i doubt how long Mr. DIY can survive.

I think Star Avenue is banking on Kwasa Damansara.

But seems like Kwasa Damansara is slowing down and it will take years to develop.

In 2011,selling for 900psf, today only selling at 580psf.

God bless all investors and ownstay. Paper loss easily 40-50%
