Stayed at one of the Airbnb in Iconcity few weeks back. Woah the commercial is super dead weh. Better just be full residential rather than a 'dead city'.

If MS develop iconcity2 as a shopping mall, I think it'll be dead as well.

Many buyers are willing to pay premium price on residence attached to or near to shopping mall and hotel. Most new shopping malls in kv were built to attract buyers to overpriced residence. If shopping mall could be fully tenanted, it will be offloaded to reit.

southgate deader than salted fish.

from outside, looks OK.....busy traffic there......but dunno how individual biz doing inside.

In your view what is closer comparison to this star shopping mall? Citta mall perhaps?
If leaning toward Evo Mall@PP or Glo..i hear these malls are also dying...

Honestly I never step a foot in this star mall and I have no clue how well this mall performs.

I do get your point. However when u refer to dead or not dead... It is refer to retail occupancy and profile, crowd footfall etc.
