If you compare the infrastructure improvement progress made by SPSetia in EcoCity versus this MS's IconCity, it is dem slow and pathetic considering both are 20acre development.
Also based on the masterplan, there are number of flyovers to/from FH both sides but so far i only seen one flyover being constructed. Correct me if i am wrong here. |

yup that stupid flyover will cause massive congestion in already congested FH.
It was so silly to put the location so close to the Motorola interchange and motorist need to wave in and out to avoid the ICON flyover. and TMS being TMS to save the cost, just design and build a flyover that can fit a small vehicle. |

If you notice TMS modus operandi... They hardly adding value to their township or development by building proper access and infrastructure... For example this PJ Icon City.. with GDV of RM3b++, I am sure they can build a proper interchange/access to link up the LDP and FH.
Just as comparison... Tropicana invests in proper interchange for their RM6.3B GDV Tropicana Metro Park. At one time... one automotive insurance agency always gave higher than average comm to agent to sell their policy. However claim process is very slow and many issues when u file your claim. Some developers.. they rather pay high commission to agents to push their projects... rather than focus to deliver values for their products. |

The masterplan has quite comprehensive infrastructure and make no mistake.. it is still a water down version of what SPSetia and Tropicana do for EcoCity and Metropark respectively...
However TMS being TMS... they just built one link from KL into the development and postpone the other links rather than build all at one go... I almost laugh my guts out when the boss said they have healthy cash holding. Just look at the appalling HQ and commies infront of the HQ. More jam expected when (and IF they are going to build second phase) and for them to build the rest of infrastructure Their rebranding... haih... I think like gostan more than progression. |

Btw for prospect buyers, please ask those agents how much the commission they earn from TMS for keep pushing their product... your jaw may drop....
