Scroll back previous pages, you will notice a 708 sqft unit from Tower 3 (SOFO/commercial loan), sold at 488k end of last year in the lelong market.

I wonder why people still trust them....promised shopping mall turned into some blocks of offices

This is TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION !!! If i am existing buyers, I will file legal action, previous buyers were induced to enter into buying the project with the promise of the shopping mall !!

You may misunderstand me. nice office concepts may work better, I agree.

But the buyers who bought initially were promised shopping mall !! These buyers perhaps purchased because they would like to have convenience of amenities, whether the mall would work or not, is another issue.

a developer should not be allowed to get away for breaching their promises made during the sales, its an inducement for the purchasers to commit their hard earned monies into their products.

With more foreclosure coming, there will be other opportunities to grab sub 400k units. At about 600 psf, not sure is worth while.

Gym room maintenance - orange sendiri
Insurance - orange sendiri

All subcon fat fat pocket every month , meanwhile kalau u x bayar , 10% late payment charge ! somemore is Compound Interest every month .
