I wonder why people still trust them....promised shopping mall turned into some blocks of offices
This is TOTAL MISREPRESENTATION !!! If i am existing buyers, I will file legal action, previous buyers were induced to enter into buying the project with the promise of the shopping mall !! |

This is high end luxury condo? ![]() RM0.70 /sqft maintenace charge Management : alot owner no pay la , not enough money maintain la this service expensive that expensive , so need charge more meanwhile : Management staff - orang sendiri Cleaner - orang sendiri Lift Maintenance - orange sendiri Swimming pool maintenance - orange sendiri Pest service - orang sendiri Gym room maintenance - orange sendiri Insurance - orange sendiri All subcon fat fat pocket every month , meanwhile kalau u x bayar , 10% late payment charge ! somemore is Compound Interest every month . Daylight Robbery award - Mah Sing Group if got mahsing staff here , dont forward to their management , later i kena sue |
