I think no matter how Mah Sing is still lacking of experience in running retail business. More over we have yet to see them start building the access road from federal highway n LDP to the project. Versus KL eco city, it already has all the facilities such as the existing LRT station and upcoming MRT station, plus the most successful retail shopping mall in Malaysia that is just next to it…. Good choice rongfu

Already reflected in the pricing, icon city rm800 psf vs eco city rm1200 psf

Both development also seems quite slow...

This mah sing mah siao developer going to make another iconic south gate. Triple the size. Triple the failure. Very mah siao.

Still got many units left, but MS don't even bother. Instead, they put all their resources to other newer projects like Southville City and D'sara Sentral

how's the residential development? the whole project on going? interested in this because it is cheaper than eco city.

LRT3 goes west towards Glenmarie - Shah Alam. Don't think it is able to cut on LDP as road is small and LDP itself has sharp bend (near KJ).

They should instead thinking of how to connect to seri setia komuter station. Afterall they are spending millions of dollar to built the ramp from federal highway why not to komuter? It will further boost their commercial..

Yup agree, MS can learn from Midvalley, cos they also rely on KTM

Design wise im confident it will be an impressive one but the same kenot be say for finishing and build quality. Ms is never known for that.....

Recently I heard many ppl said that MS has done a good job for M Suites in terms of the workmanship

Msuites upon completion asking price n rental actually dropped fro day one, last ti e from Rm700k now asking Rm620k, rental Rm3k down to Rm2k, tat means asking prices DROPPED below ori buyers purchase pricez

Msuite look sibeh jialat. macam low middle class apartment. totally tak boleh pakai. another mah sing mah siao jialat sing project.
now price drop lower than original price. sibeh jiakaolat
