Hi there, need your inputs who knows the answers:
1. Understand that both the Gourmet Street and 30 Jewels shop office are for sale (not for lease). Does the developer impose any rule to restrict the owners to do certain business only? Or these owners are free to rent to anyone to do any kind of business there? 2. Assuming the owners are allowed to do any kind of business, will it cause the properties there depreciate in future?? |
