Didn't U notice I put it as a question ? That means I want someone to confirm true or not ? If really CNY Open House, of course makan is a certainty. Anyway, seems for Sat n Sun from 11am-5pm.

Went to the sales gallery today. All dual key small units r fully sold! shocking.gif but those smallest units with 1 car park r still available drool.gif those who want to get SoVo, still got some units left laugh.gif

I was told that MS will start building the access from kl to the project at the end of this year. The sales staff also said that MS will manage the shopping mall hmm.gif if they manage it like how they manage the Southgate then no eye see... doh.gif

south gate too small and the planing a bit jialat. and access not easy from the other side road.
need to go pass F&N to u turn...might as well straight go kl better. or u turn masuk kilang road from behind.
but all the hawker stalls and shops eatery beside southgate very ong!!.. all go makan there.
plenty angmo working at southgate also have lunch at mamak, pan mee, and wanton mee.

ya I been to southgate b4 it was totally failure thats what I skeptical about this mah sing developer couldnt care how they promises to potential buyer even my friend who is working mah sing project, it was no hope but some maybe not.... sweat.gif

long time liao lor. the scene started last year. before south gate open. still no problem makan at pan mee stall.
after south gate open 1 year + ..aiyaya... need to wait for seat sometimes. Most angmo prefer go to the mamaks near the misubishi car show room there. quite long walk

Cuz the small dual keys unit comes with 2 parking lot.
With such a flagship, parking maybe a high demand.

Did anyone asked if there is any extra parking for residence? What is the capacity like?
How about the visitor car park?

Guess for those who need an extra car park, you may need to rent it on monthly basis.

Any new developments? got photo to share? Has the developer hired a very capable Leasing Manager to manage the retail mall and hotel?

Guys! just got to know that there is another newly launched project offers dual key concept too! Located in USJ called Duo. But no worries, that project is no way can compare with icon dual key concept cool2.gif

Nope.. the website stayed the same. No change from previous. The Masterplan still have the retail podium in phase 2.

Hi there, need your inputs who knows the answers:

1. Understand that both the Gourmet Street and 30 Jewels shop office are for sale (not for lease). Does the developer impose any rule to restrict the owners to do certain business only? Or these owners are free to rent to anyone to do any kind of business there?

2. Assuming the owners are allowed to do any kind of business, will it cause the properties there depreciate in future??
