I got sms saying my bill is RM250.. Just for 1 days.. My celullar data is 80MB + call time is 13 minutes.

I think Maxis is mess up their billing. Maybe no included free 1GB data in the plan..

Meaning no additional months? haha, while it's working good for you it's not for me.. I just a matter of time before they bar my line..

It's always like this for me.. Got problem with Jaring Wireless billing before.. Digi also got when their introduce free call to supplementary line (got 1K bill while the call suppose to be free). I'm in technical (been in telco billing a while also) and I know when business people rushing to get the product out, technical people will do the mistake.

Yup.. just submit a report.. they said cannot check. Only know after bill come out.

I said I wann report.. ask them to forward to billing dept. I said, if you cannot check billing dept must be able to check. What ever it is I wanna know why my bill already RM250+.

Ask CS to raise a report to their billing department unbar ur account. Said their billing got problem, 1 day how to finish 1Gb data allocation. I too face this problem luckily they don't bar my line. Just receive the sms saying my bill is RM250. That's for 13 minutes of call and 60MB of data.

1st bill no deduction since it's pro-rate.. Just got my 2nd bill, the deduction for pre payment is there.
