bro.. i dun mind if they send me late.. the prob is now is my order is stuck.. forever won't send. I don't have a SG mailing address on my IC or license. I'm waiting to cancel my order soon.

Probably the only thing you can try is to cancel the order and try with another card 
If that doesn't work, I guess you have to find someone's help or wait for our malaysian telco
You are indeed the first that mention this problem. My ipad camera kit arrived about a week back from SG online apple store 

Don't have to try buying anythg frm apple singapr store wit msian cc. Dis is how they gonna reject ur order but letting u walk to the dead end of the cliff and die slowly. For those who are waiting for "Apple Store Order Acknowledgment" you can refer the message below to confirm kao2.

"We are eager to process your order as soon as possible and in order for us to do this we would like to further confirm some details with you.

We perform security checks on our customers orders due to the nature of our business, as the cardholder is not present to sign for such transactions. Such checks are done to protect the security of the genuine credit card holders. In order for us to be able to proceed with your order we need to request the following documentation from you (Please quote your web order reference number when sending)

Please scan a copy of any of the following documents to us in JPEG format and email to idproof@asia.apple.com as soon as possible.
1) Driver's license or ID Card of Credit Card Holder ( With address same as credit card billing address)

ya u are right, no need worry about buying i4 with msia cc lar, i think apple sure proceed our (msia) order, say in another words >> got business no want do meh??? as long as u place order, and bank approve, u got money to buy, they got stock to sell, thats all

haiyo u also know apple is a big company, they sure need to keep better relationship with customer more than government, haaha... lets pray for our i4 being ship 

Just chill and wait patiently. Nothing will go wrong. Have a little trust on yourself.

How? Just click the buy button. Then key in all the info like normal. Same shipping add and billing. Check everything ok. Click checkout
Then wait for the Order Acknowledgment. Wait until the shipping date. Date on the Acknowledgement letter or maybe earlier. 
Followed by a Shipping Notification followed by an invoice by Apple SG where they charge your CC and reached singapore shores
This means you can wait patiently for the DHL man to come to your house and just sign the paperwork 
Rip the box out and enjoy your phone. 

Now we are only at Order Acknowledgment. They will send 3 emails in total.

Speaking from experience, I bought a few items from the Apple Online Store, Singapore. The Apple Ipad Case was delivered to my friend's address yesterday but he was not in so he had to go and collect it later from DHL warehouse. My IP4 and CCK are scheduled to be delivered on 30/8 or earlier. I used a Malaysian CC and the amount for the ipad case had been charged to my CC, I confirmed this yesterday  with my CC bank. So I believed, Touch Wood, the other transactions will go through as well.
Just to share FYI.
