Block 5 has reached the roof top, Block 3 has reached 17 floors and Block 1 has reached 18 floors. Block 9 is catching up fast and is now doing the form works on the 9th floor. Not too sure about the Block 7.

no valuation can be done if the unit is still underconstruction at this stage just can base on personal instinct   

Photos taken this morning. Noticed that the roof structure which was earlier installed on top of Block #5 has been taken down leaving only the frame, and huge water tanks are visible from the main road. Both Blocks #1 and #3 have reached the rooftop - looks like the lift shaft towers are also completed. Block #9 has reached 15th floor. I am not sure about the progress for Block #7.

Crystal2 - I like the way you write , factual and with a clear mind. PA 1120 is coming up nicely. There will be sour grapes ,ESP those whom have missed the golden opportunity to own a unit. There will always be people who will continue to condemn their own decision. Thank you

While I respect your right to say anything you like regarding 1120PA on this forum, I do hope you will stop cutting your own nose to spite your face.

If you are really an investor, you would want to safeguard the value of your investment instead of repeatedly posting negative remarks. By ranting and raving about this 1120PA as being so called “condo” ... with all those exposed pipes here and there … low cost flat design, you sure have a funny way of promoting your investment.

You're misleading others by saying quoted in bold. It is a good condo, just not a perfect 1. And yes, the price is still increasing whether you like it or not.

That is why we cant do anything now yet some ppl cant stop complaining here.. Let him do whatever he like, we cant stop him even after so many buyers had voice out.. Let him bang his head at peters.. We are all know that we are happy on 1120 developement and ready to accept what ever it deliver.. He don want to accept the fact that all the pipe and roof, let him be la.. What we need to do during reno, mahu cover ke, mahu kasi orang nampak pipe ke? Is up to us to decide.. He don like, just sell it off.. I think there are a lot of ppl ready to buy..

The workers have cleared the compound surrounding B1 and are building what looks like car-park bays (I stand corrected) near the perimeter fence. The covered main entrance to B1 is now being built - don't understand why they do it so late. 

Aircon compressors are being installed in B5 on the balconies and also the 2nd bedroom ledges. B9 is now being painted and the green nettings are not taken down yet. B7 is still the slowest and the roof structure has not been fixed.

Anyone have 1020sqft to let go, pls pm me!

Just curious why are we need to sell at this price in terms of "Return of Investment"

Assumption here:
Selling price RM380K, Purchase price RM220K, Profit RM160K
minus Bank penalty RM5K, minus Agent cost @ 1.5% RM 6K
Net estimated RM 150K

Keep the money with low risk interest savings @ 5% return = RM150K x 5%
RM 7,500 @ year / RM625 @ month.

However now peter giving us 18 months free hassle free instalment, @ 5% on initial purchase price (please correct me on the % of max coverage)

RM220K x 5% = RM 11,000 @ year / RM916 @ month.
**Property price 2010 (220K) 2013 (380K), with average of 50K appreciation annually, with potential of 2016 (500K) based on price push factor and material inflation cost.

**So the question here is, justification of why sell so soon? Surely is cool to have 1 big lump sum of money to spend. However look at the interest return, in comparison to property appreciation price.

**When supply is limited, with huge demand, price will further move up. Guys, hold the ground. Don't simply let go, surely unless you need the money.
