Added on November 13, 2012, 5:35 pmlet's do it in share market way, if we have confidence to 1120, just buy as much as available and be the big winner. have you ever see the giant group think for the good sake of potential company (seller like cheraspeople in our case) that at low price in the share market before buy over them? we just need to care on our pocket of cash keep growing. focus in the direction then can bring big money in return guys.

Not selling at 250K??? I bid for 260K.. My friend keep asking me to look for one for him.. Selling? If not, just shut up cos ur negative post here wont win you any good..
Why u ppl need to say this bad, that bad? Are u a buyer? If yes, why buy at the beginning? Sell it asap.. If not a buyer, just let other buyers to suffer if this place is really that bad.. Apa pasal nak buat kepoh kepoh kasi bikin komen komen...
I don think this place is that bad.. Jus a little high den..
So what is wrong with whole row of shop is workshop? If ur car breakdown at carpark or near 1120, u have no problem even u need to push to the workshop.. Just walking distance.. We easily get food with numbers of hawkers nearby, schools, highway, hypermarket and shopping mall (Mid Valley and Sunway Pyramid)

1120 units spread across 12 acres of land, even Zest, Z Residence, Kiara Residence 2, Skypod, OUG Condo, Aurora Puchong are higher density..

Thank you everyone for the offering, especially Crystal2, giving a fair price in the beginning. Very generous of you. To be honest, selling at RM250K i may be making a lost or just break even only. I am not going to do that unless i have no choice. In my previous statement, i am asking 'dunno can sell at RM250K or not' and i was thinking the feedback is 'can' or 'can't' or 'maybe' only because i really not familiar with the place and not possible to stay in since i have rooted in Cheras for long time. I will surely let it go after hand over.

Just so you know, this place got ample of parking space. So no need like those puchong condo where you have to park by the roadside and then only walk to your unit

Remember, its 2 parking lots per unit and you can even buy more if you want, for the right price.

I know for a fact that this place is gonna bloom. Give it 1 more year. You will see. (From reliable source)

I'm grateful to own a house in this area for a price less than 300k
Tell me which new development in KL sells its unit for 300k?

Pictures taken this afternoon.

The developer has completed half the southern perimeter wall up to B3 and is now erecting the roof structure on top of B7. The ground carpark at B1 has been completed. Looks like the road surrounding B1, B2 & B3 can be paved anytime now. The main water pipe is still not connected.

If the road surrounding B1, B2 & B3 can be completed and the utilities connected by end of this month, I think it maybe possible to have CCC/CF by end December and VP hand-over by January 2013.

Ps: There is a structure with 3 shutter-doors near the carpark B2 - can anyone tell me what this is for? Is it for refuse collection?
