Please see the blacklist (Developer No: 181) from the Ministry of Housing and Local Government as at 29th Feb 2012:

I am not sure if the developer of 1120 Park Avenue is its related/sister company. I really pray that our units will complete on time.

Good News!! Looks like we will have individual meter for water and electricity for our unit.

Please check your letterbox for a letter from the developer regarding the 'Application for water and electricity supply'. If you have not received the letter for whatever reasons, you are advised to bring the following documents and payment to the developer office from 2nd May to 30th June 2012:
1] 2 photostat copies of S&P,
2] 2 photostat copies of your NRIC, and
3] A cheque for RM380 favouring '1120 Park Avenue Sdn Bhd' for deposit payment to TNB and Syabas.

I thinks all 1120 buyers having the better luck than those poor owner of Taipan @ Park 51 as the project delay n many unsettled issues. As these 2 projects almost launch at the same time.

Park 51 Residency was first launched in Q3 2008 whereas 1120 PA was launched in Dec 2009. Both launched around the same time but almost 15 months apart. Of course, I hope we have better luck than the owners of Park 51.

Not yet, but we are nearly there. Phase 1 is due only in Jan/Feb 2013 and Phase 2 is due about 2 months later in March/April 2013 depending on when the S&P was signed. We still have time (fingers crossed).

I would blame the delays (if any) on those squatters who caused the stop-work order for about 2 months.

From day 1 (even in V1) you have been bad mouthing this 1120 Park Avenue project and I just wondered why. I noticed that all your posts in this forum are full of negative comments on 1120 PA. Even your Avatar name gives a clue on your negativity.

Somehow I have this feeling that you were unhappy or disappointed because you missed the opportunity to invest in 1120 PA and had chosen (rightly or wrongly) to invest in Park 51. And now you are even more disappointed due the undue delay at Park 51. My humble apology if my perception was wrong.

I want to put on record here that I am very happy with my purchase and the progress to-date, considering the unforeseeable disturbances caused by the squatters. And nothing you said in this forum will change my mind, so please keep your negativities to yourself.

I wish you luck in your current and future investments.

Block 5 has reached the roof top, Block 3 has reached 17 floors and Block 1 has reached 18 floors. Block 9 is catching up fast and is now doing the form works on the 9th floor. Not too sure about the Block 7.
