Beside 1120, there are new project for hyper-market and new shop-lot. Surely the 1120 price will increase later.

the fight happened many years ago ady lah & there's no need to bring up this issue anymore.. besides, which area in klang valley dun hv any crime? & many murder case & robbery case happened all the time? no such thing wan.. most of buyer here hv been staying around the neighborhood since their childhood so they know ady what's the actual environment now..

future PJS area will cover by MRT. I think is good investment too.

Not yet, but we are nearly there. Phase 1 is due only in Jan/Feb 2013 and Phase 2 is due about 2 months later in March/April 2012 depending on when the S&P was signed. We still have time (fingers crossed).

I would blame the delays (if any) on those squatters who caused the stop-work order for about 2 months.

But why like this here suppose not to be having that kind of problem if out side is normal but inside not safe at all after escaping them outside then coming into your apartment to notice all your belongings is gone what the mess not even stay up to a months omg what to do now every night and morning time  police running inside the condo..

Where did you get info that outside the surrounding is normal? The surrounding place is well known for black spot area. Is just that people are ignorant and believe that the surrounding area has nothing to do with the 1120 Park Avenue since is Gated & Guarded.

Actually in theory, the community in 1120 Park Avenue should be safe with proper guard and fencing but the actual fact is not. I don't understand why cant the security do their basic job where as to provide security to 1120 Park Avenue.

The occupancy rate currently is around 35% already difficult to control , can imagine if fully occupied ? Like mentari court ? Walau!!!!

yesterday i suppose to meet my contractor to pasang iron grill, in light of recent massive break-in attempts.. no.. is successful break ins to units at my block...

i was late. stuck at the 3 roundabouts jam... then i was worried contractor waiting outside... then i call him to apologize i am late... he said no problem.. he is already in front of my unit, chilling.... then i said "okayyyyyyyyyy"

when i reach there 30 mins later i asked him how he enter? he said "i am contractor maaa... sure i can come in laa"

so anyone just say "i am contractor" to the guard, the guard open gate for his big lorry, come in, go to our unit and break in, sapu all the furniture and stuff, load it onto their truck, the guard will think it is normal because "he's a contractor".

damn regret bought a unit here... sigh...

jz thinking if the area is so bad then how come still many new subsale coming in?

Its still selling quite good at a good affordable price i think..
maybe the problem is the expectations of the area itself..

for that price range, what could be the other better areas in PJ itself? for rental could only break even with installment..

for subsale buyers good thing is that these are usually genuine home stayers and they could make it a better place..
