so, did you buy 1120? gv more facts first... how old is the house? leasehold? Seksyen 14 PJ landed houses also quite cheap compared the surrounding new development... go check it out.

if you really bought 1120, the important issue is to get the condo in time and not talk about pricing of the surrounding cool2.gif

lowballer really like 1120 so much... keep looking back to snap an unit...

unfortunately price won't come down just like that....

no proof... no deals... 300-330psf... slow slow wait la...

maybe one day got lelong unit...hehe... biggrin.gif

y keep hiding the company's name? this is the most fishy part.
