jack, if the mobo block and the CPU block are on the same height, then can simply use the 90degree barbs, like the one in black color that's already on your mobo. Looks good too with a pair of parallel 45degree orientation tube. smile.gif

Water cooling can be quite a disastrous if not done properly and carefully. I once had a tubes disconnected from the barb when I was tilting the PC to bleed out the air, and the water sprayed all over on the mobo...and the worst, I forgot to unplug the 4-pin molex on the mobo...it was a stupid careless mistakes I made. The PC won't power up after everything was done, got pissed off, I went out yam cha with friends. Luckily when I came home after few hours, the PC started up without any issues. Lucky... sweat.gif

i think i read it somewhere u cannot over tighten it coz it will make the o ring thin and causing leakage

jack, these are the examples:

By the way, that kink looks real bad. With the pump pushing the water, that kink is a big restriction for the flow. Pressure will build up, and leak will occur at weak connection point. At worst situation, it's possible that the tube will disconnect from the barb fitting and spraying water all over the place...

leak often occur at rotation point of rotary connector .

quite impossible to occur at connection between barb + tube .
the kink doesnt look like its going to kill d system .

dun get rotary barb unless u have to .
just use normal one and reposition ur items .
better option .
i oso not using much rotary cause tendency for leakage quite big .

best to use maximum 2 90 degree... too much will be flow killer and a burden for ur pump... as in ur pic, already have 2 90...
