My EK Supreme HF and FC480GTX blocks are still okay. No errosion nor corrosion spotted by my bare eyes. I'm using distilled water + Feser anti-corrosion additive. Change my coolant frequently almost every month coz i always change hardware.
Ive been folowing up those threads since last month. The corrosion is horrible, offsetting the role of nickel to gv aesthetic look and preventing copper corrosion. The errosion is bcoz of insufficient thickness of nickel layer and the lack of adhesive between the plates.
Anyway EK has promised that they would improve their plating, hope no more nickel flaking report in future. They hv extended the RMA period to 2 years and cover the shipping cost from end users to resellers.
