Hello, I have some questions here.

I initially have a homeline and streamyx which is not under my name. So I install a new line to apply for this package to prevent the 30days quarantine downtime.
Now I got my homeline activated, but now they told me my area dun have port ald. What can I do now?

Can I ask them to terminate my existing streamyx so that to make the port available for my new account? Or any other way?
