fixed line included d... pls call them or make MCMC report..

i'm finding them tmrw..

but they did not told me like wat u said.. 1st bill i went ask y so much..

they said 1st month 34 plus 2nd month 68.. so 2nd month NO NEED PAY ADY..

plus they did not mention anything bout deposit..

for the unipack, RM68 for 1mbps or RM88 for 4mbps got include in phone rental? thank you

homeline under dad's name - charge rm26 homeline rental.

streamyx bill under my name - charge rm106 ( 1 mth advance payment ), but then deduct rm26 for homeline rental.

Anyone fall in same situation as mine? Btw..do they mention will charge 1 mth advance payment?

u mean (for example i apply RM68 ,they still charge u RM26 on phone bill .but ur internet bill charge RM68 -RM26 =RM42)

God I've been following the first till the 4th thread of this Streamyx unipack topic. I registered for a new landline last Monday, and the technician came on Wednesday, which was pretty quick for TM standard. *no puns intended* LOL, anyhoo, what confusing was he didn't exactly do anything much, he just checked for a dial tone, asked me for a password which i had no idea about, and left. he didn't even provide me a telephoneeeeeee which was the essential item when registering for a new home line due to "out of stock" hmmm right. that's really odd, and he promised to come the next day but didn't. he left his phone number with me though and I am going to ring him tomorrow.

Upon my registration (I registered at TM Point Bangsar) the bloke didn't even hand me a confirmation slip! and I did myself a favor and checked on my application status online and it said, "no order found". well glorious, ain't it?


TM staff's incompetency is bringing me and a lot of people a lot of troubles. I am going to wait a tad more and try not to lose my patience.

walao...i applied unipack 3 months ago....new phone line already here since 2 months ago..but the streamyx still not here...call up streamyx ..they say application pending...call up agent...say system got problem ..now waiting hq to approve...my god..its like taking forever...i dont know what to do now other than waiting ....

i would recommend u jz go tmpoint n submit a new unipack application... ur agent was RDPD ?? he's useless..same situation as u... fed up i jz went n did it myself

i got charged for the RM26 as well.. went to tmpoint. they say is i terminate combo package to apply for unipack. its a 1 time charge.. nt quite understand thou..

I applied Unipack on april for 4mb package, after fixed line has fixed, TM send in a letter say no 4MB in my area, what to do...have to stuck with 1mb..but eventually submitted complaint to MCMC, streamyx is up not long later, netbook received, then on May, line super duper slow, complaint to MCMC and CFM bout slow speed, line get fixed in july...then receive a call from MCMC regarding the 4MB, "TM say they only able to provide you with 1.5mb, no 4mb", gosh...so bad luck...then I do not let them to close the complaint, again I wrote my essay, throwing all those SNR Margin, Line Attenuation, GDMT, ADSL2, ADSL2+ thing to the complaint. The miracle happen on yesterday, TM Customer Service State Operation KL Manager gave a call on morning, asking when he able to visit my house. When he come, he bring 3 TM technician over, he say he will check whether 4MB is available or not in this area, not long after they went out checking, he came back, and say "4MB ada, if 2~3 weeks tak ada, call me or shoot me an email". Woohoo... Hopefully he not playing a fool....just to share my experience on this UniPack...

I live on 20th floor.can I apply for speed 4mbps?as I know 4mbps can only used for townhouse, flat or condo cannot support the speed? Is it true?
