I applied Unipack on april for 4mb package, after fixed line has fixed, TM send in a letter say no 4MB in my area, what to do...have to stuck with 1mb..but eventually submitted complaint to MCMC, streamyx is up not long later, netbook received, then on May, line super duper slow, complaint to MCMC and CFM bout slow speed, line get fixed in july...then receive a call from MCMC regarding the 4MB, "TM say they only able to provide you with 1.5mb, no 4mb", gosh...so bad luck...then I do not let them to close the complaint, again I wrote my essay, throwing all those SNR Margin, Line Attenuation, GDMT, ADSL2, ADSL2+ thing to the complaint. The miracle happen on yesterday, TM Customer Service State Operation KL Manager gave a call on morning, asking when he able to visit my house. When he come, he bring 3 TM technician over, he say he will check whether 4MB is available or not in this area, not long after they went out checking, he came back, and say "4MB ada, if 2~3 weeks tak ada, call me or shoot me an email". Woohoo... Hopefully he not playing a fool....just to share my experience on this UniPack...

I ask my bro to get the KDU student affair to chop the application form, but they give reason my bro still left 6 month studies cannot apply.

yup...mine is like that lo. Since they deduct back the rm26 at my streamyx bill..i consider they kept their promise le.

press ESC during start up and a list will come out.. choose from thr..

guys, dont u feel the Netbook size is too small?

See if you can set a higher resolution.
Netbooks usually have a max of 600 pixels vertically but your display might be capable of displayiong higher res in those same 600 pixels.
Else, try using TAB, SPACE and ENTER keys to switch or select and click.
Of course, you'll be doing this blind.

actually what is the disadvantage of clean format the Netbook?

my Netbook has some problem now...
if i am connect to internet via the taskbar (shortcut) there, the whole netbook will hang & lag.......
if i am connect to internet via Control Panel there, no problem..
what's wrong ah??   

Phew~Finally got my netbook...waited for 3 weeks for the streamyx installation..i have to personally go to the TM point to ask y r they so slow.Then have to wait a week for the netbook.The netbook is not bad,good for portability but a bit slow.Can i upgrade it to 2Gb ram?And how long is the warranty?How can i activate it?
