let say i'm using BB Deal , according to broadband and voice deals FAQ , No 13. It stated Rm350 for administration fees if terminate within minimum subscription period .

if not mistaken , RM350 is admin fee . its compulsory to pay. u still need to pay for the subscription fee for the remaining months.

its either RM110(1mbps) x remaining months OR RM25(phone rental ) x remaining months

i alwaz get wrongly charged RM25(phone rental ) x remaining months whenever i reallocated my streamyx service.

already assigned to contractor but

the contractor hasn't call me yet. should i call them or just wait?

juz upgrade my 1mbps coolunipack to 4mbps thru a special agent that can do it for me with a small fee without the needs to go tmpoint and student id .

i get a new modem , D-Link 2640B AGAIN ! even i alredi got a new modem previously .i tot we wont get new modem for upgrade package ?

did ur coolunipack and fixed line apply together ? i kena Rm26 , but its deducted at the end of the bill. so no charge for it

I apply coolunipack later since my house already got my Homeline which is under my father name. I definitely remember the fella at tmpoint which told me there is no monthly rental charge for me TWICE(2 different staff)... I gonna find that 2 fella come out and screw them upside down.

yes , there is no monthly charges ! pls remember that..

bcoz Coolunipack under ur name and fixed line under ur dad name , so problems happened.... TM billing system got problems.

How come my neighbour live behind my house can get 4mb but they say i can only support up to 2mb in my area ???

i just receive my laptop, but it stated 1 year warranty.

no worry, i had asked the TM,if the rental fee charged on your bill you can make a report to them so they will waive the rental fees for u =)
