how long TM approve ur upgrade ?...went there on monday....4 counters but only 1 was open...waited abt 1 1/2 hours then only my turn...they just accepted my form and said HQ qill process it.....

In my case, about 3 days only....
But since my technician want to celebrate CNY, he postponed the appointment to one week after CNY...

To summarize :

Applied to upgrade 4Mbps at TMPOINT Parit Buntar : 27 January 2011

TM HQ approved my application and assigned technician for me : 31 January 2011

Appointment supposedly on : 2 February 2011 (due to CNY eve, technician postponed the appointment one week after CNY)

Technician come to my house : 9 February 2011

Got my 4Mbps on the morning of 10 February....

I submitted during friday, they say processed at monday, so they came to me at wednesday morning, so its 3 days...
forgotten the date =) maybe you can refer to previous post that I've posted and some other forumers too...

Is it so great to see you all able to upgrade 4M package. Congratulation.

currently still can upgrade the unipack package anot? last time i went to tm point and asked them about it, they said already discont cannot upgrade!!!

For TM Point crew upgrade and change is not the same haha...thats what happen to me also...
i asked for upgrade for the past 6 visits and keep repeating they cant, then 7th visit i ask using Ajk way, which using the term "change", guess what? it works =.="

if u r in KL better try at Tm Point Tmn Desa as what warlove said.....i've been to 4 different TM Point all say cannot upgrade....TMN desa only accepting my form and said HQ will process it....

if not mistaken they're the pioneer reseller last time...
most the time when u can't get specific packages at other tmpoint... tmpoint desa is the best place to go... better services from them also..
