Great news. This evening i went to TMPoint Sungai Petani, and talk with the representative. All ends up and talk with senior management staff. I was told by the senior staff that OFFICIALLY COOLUNIPACK PLAN HAS BEEN CEASED from offering. And there is no way to upgrade to higher package in any TMPoint nationwide since the HQ has withdrawn out the plan in their system. But he told me only in HQ able to upgrade the package for you. so need to submit the coolunipack form to them then they will hand it to KL to process for you BUT NO PROMISES.

Today i went to TM Point, get ticket and wait until my number called, at starting come purposed to upgrade Streamyx CoolUniPack. Then started representative said the package has been ceased offering and there is not way to upgrade. Then i told him i got a forward e-mail from a friend whom recently contact TM via email help@tm.com.my has a positive replied from TM. That current subscribers ARE ABLE TO UPGRADE TO HIGHER PACKAGE EVEN THE PACKAGE IS NOT AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET. ONLY NO NEW APPLICATION ARE ACCEPTED TO THIS COOLUNIPACK PACKAGE. AND TO PROVE THAT I'M NOT LYING TO YOU. SHOW HIM THE PRINTED E-MAIL. NO CENSORED MATERIAL. EVERY SINGLE WORD IN THE E-MAIL. then he check with the system for my service number and streamyx account. Because today is Saturday, and only half day working without any superior supervisor around, he just checked my application and chop his stamp on my form and will contact and hand it to HQ on Monday via e-mail for further action. But he not promise on my application but he will send to HQ.
Waiting within 1 week to know the whole process. |

Latest update.
16/01/2011 - Since from yesterday submitted my application form, today they are upload my application status. Keep fingers crossed. Hope will get great news. 17/01/2011 - Today this morning received a call from TM Technicial Department. Inform me tomorrow send a technician come to my house to test bandwidth for 4M. Looks like my application to upgrade 4M is promising. 18/01/2011 - TM two technician comes to my house and used their equipment to test my house line. RESULT for 4M : POSITIVE. They said my fixed line support 4M, so they will go back to their office and send report to HQ for approval. Speed and bandwidth will increase in stage in 2 weeks. Current speed still 384kbps. And my application for upgrade package has been SUCCESSFUL APPROVED. 20/01/2011 - Successfully get 4M speed after 6p.m. Happy downloading...!!! Ends of update. Attn : For those who want to upgrade the package, please get the forward e-mail from "AjkR06". Even we have the e-mail, we can't send it you due to the mail is not belongs to us. Grant permission from the owner. And after get the e-mail and print it. Just read again my story flow. Hopes will help you all to get through.
