crap, they say my port here maximum can support 1 4mb port...therefore i could not subscribe for another 4mb account...is this how they worked? even MX510 also can have 2...they say my area cannot support...

any seri petaling users able to subscribe to 4mbps unipack package since June 25th? if yes then please reply here or pm me....currently they are out of ports and there are tons are waiting....i waited 2months also cannot get....

hmmm, wonder how TM people work things up, last friday i upgraded 2 Unipack to 4mbps, upgrade was successful but monday i went to double check again as SAMS and MIPS weren't updated with my details, end up no such order, but today i check my line and found out that a 4mbps port was on one of the lines I've upgraded..
Should I head to TM Point to tell them that? or is there any solution that anyone can recommend over here? sent an email over to TM 2 days already, and still no reply.. |

but still can upgrade to 4mbps? we took the notebook but due to no port we couldn't upgrade, but are we able to do so if we have port?

to pransing, i have same situation with you, instead of arguing with them unless we bring this to the media or big rant at their office....we are unable to get our upgrade....so if you succeed with doing that please tell us. As i dont have really much time to go through all that shit since May, and kept telling no port for the freaking 6 months damni*

no more unipack package, but I've called 100 just now to confirm the upgrade issue, the department confirmed that we can change our speed, eg. from 1mbps to 4mbps with the change of monthly fees eg. RM68 to RM88, but what most of the TM Point is confused is that they always thought they think that we want to upgrade/apply new contract to Unipack thats why they always reject and tell stories that we cant upgrade due to package diminishes, just submit the upgrade form and tell them to send to HQ, for those who successfully upgraded please reply in this thread please =)

Tell them you want to change your Unipack speed, then they will give u the upgrade form, and you need Student ID + IC of the subscriber for the Unipack....they always misunderstood that you would like to upgrade from Unipack to other packages that's why they always say not in their system to upgrade/downgrade, tell them to submit to HQ....
P.S (I've shoot TM Point Taman Desa for this matter @ 100...When i go there, they simply ask me to fill the upgrade form and said to send to HQ and settle this matter) Maybe TM Point Muzium has not been notified about this~ |
