Plan Streamyx G.Lite Home 1.0M Basic 68 - Free Modem Waive Activation and Free Installation (Streamyx Combo) (Mobility at Home) (BBPC Student) there's no status of your upgrade application.. not even pending.. but u can call them up and ask about it =X not really good service....out of 4 counters only 1 was open attending new application/upgrade.....1 customer takes abt 20 mins...i waited almost 2 hours for my turn just to hand the form....settled in less than 2 minutes |

Technician came this morning, surprisingly they called me today. They have upgraded my line to 4Mbps but they say it need 2 weeks to take effect. I was like wth? So now still on 1Mbps  |
