What she mean by upgrade to same plan is u're still on Streamyx Cool Unipack, but u upgrade the speed only. Let's say you're now using Unipack 1Mbps which is RM68/month, then U can upgrade to same Streamyx 4Mbps under Cool Unipack plan which is RM88/month 

not yet. I don't have so much ample time now to go to TM Point...

I went to TMpoint just now and they request Student Id copy from me.
I think there is possible to upgrade since the officer called up someone to double check..hehe....good things come edi^^

Attn : For those who want to upgrade the package, please get the forward e-mail from "AjkR06". Even we have the e-mail, we can't send it you due to the mail is not belongs to us. Grant permission from the owner. And after get the e-mail and print it. Just read again my story flow. Hopes will help you all to get through.

Bro, don't go HQ. HQ won't entertaining you. Go to others branch, ask them give you the coolunipack form. If can't, you need to ask somebody get you the form, fill and submit it on the spot. You just need to say to them, "I know this branch is unable to process my application, but i was told by my friend that the form need to send to HQ to process." then show him the e-mail that says current subscriber ABLE TO UPGRADE. Me in SP, i can get the form, but the problem, the form always chop with the branch location. then you need come to SP to submit the form personally.

No problem, bro. But you need prepared me a doll with your face. Then i bring the doll to TMPoint to submit for you. hehe..!!

Tell them you want to change your Unipack speed, then they will give u the upgrade form, and you need Student ID + IC of the subscriber for the Unipack....they always misunderstood that you would like to upgrade from Unipack to other packages that's why they always say not in their system to upgrade/downgrade, tell them to submit to HQ....

P.S (I've shoot TM Point Taman Desa for this matter @ 100...When i go there, they simply ask me to fill the upgrade form and said to send to HQ and settle this matter)

Maybe TM Point Muzium has not been notified about this~

In my case, about 3 days only....
But since my technician want to celebrate CNY, he postponed the appointment to one week after CNY...

To summarize :

Applied to upgrade 4Mbps at TMPOINT Parit Buntar : 27 January 2011

TM HQ approved my application and assigned technician for me : 31 January 2011

Appointment supposedly on : 2 February 2011 (due to CNY eve, technician postponed the appointment one week after CNY)

Technician come to my house : 9 February 2011

Got my 4Mbps on the morning of 10 February.... 

OK, Thanks, will be going TMPoint to try my luck then.

if not mistaken they're the pioneer reseller last time...
most the time when u can't get specific packages at other tmpoint...  tmpoint desa is the best place to go... better services from them also..

where to get the upgrade form? isit still available at tmpoint?

it take me 2days only to change speed..
today tmnet staff come to my house to test i can support 4mbs or not and congrats to me my place support 4mbs 
he tell to me need to wait 1week for my speed to change
