WTA how often you guys change your light bulbs??? hmm.gif And whats the indication for you to change them??? Based on the duration of use? or the effect on the plants? etc?

I'm using 2 units of T8 fluorescent tubs and I change them every 12 months. Is it too often? or can I use them longer??? icon_question.gif

Because LFS 2feeter's job is to store and sell biggrin.gif Their purpose is to sell.. maintaining a stable eco system is another story all together.

Well, How big is your nano tank again superdude? 19 fishes is a little iffy to me.

Do you WC 10-20% daily? tongue.gif Well, go ahead and doubt me all you want.
But I got this mindset from the western forums(thats where i started out).

Sure they dont want any loss to happen. But do you know how much they bring in in the start? how they minimize losses?

IMHO, theyre just doing enough for them to survive. Im talking about keeping your fishes Alive AND Happy.

Hi guys,

I currently have 10 cherries and 2 otos in my 2 ft tank. and spotted a few baby cherries.

just spotted a strange looking bug, which i think is a dragonfly nymph. googled and read that this thing kills small fishes and shrimps. any one with experience? how to kill it without manually removing them. they hide quite well..

Added on August 28, 2010, 10:32 amAlso,

Will SAE harm the little shrimps?

Thanks!
