Setting/hosting free forum is easy.
But if u want to go alittle indepth to hosting the forum frm your own pc will be an entirely different story.
Though hosting ur own site with streamyx is free, but u'll have to turn your pc on 24hrs XD
Though this can be resolved easily on how u manage the traffic and operation time ^.^

I enjoy lookin into other gurus who built their own forum using their own customized php template(Most free sites doesnt allowed) and amazin of all... on their own pc.
Esp.. some linkmembers kill or devotion towards the entire ls which looks like somesort of digital panel widget.
Though i doubt only very rare community will ever do that.

When SE said they gonna release FF14, I read the will some adaptation from WoW and AoC. What I can see it now in BETA, the battle system almost like AoC and with the high detail of graphic boost. and GUI is more friendly like than FF11, and like in WoW you can customize/move around stuffs in the screen.

Is there any possibility that FF14 will;

1. Make Instance like WoW ?
2. Customize stuffs like using add-on such as you get from curse.com?

Your 2nd question is undoubtedly will be a no answer. Although they did say about considering it, but i can say is a no, and thank god too I dont want FF XIV to be another WoW Clone.

yes is only on NA region, as it is, as it did not calculate other countries who pre-order it.

Let's say sanzo using Import logistics through some connection from a supplier in sg.
Amazon delivers within EU takes 2-3 days.
22---(2-3days)---->(24-25 to the exporters firm add)
24-25---(2-4days)------>(26-29 might be routed to a supplier in sg)
27-29---(2days)-------->(29-1october Routed to malaysia)(In between if custom kacau u might see a delay)
There you go = 29th of september- 1st of october.(If nothing went wrong)(This is reached only so= 2nd of october which is saturday)

22nd which is 23rd in Malaysia.. processing and all... end of the day ship.
I highly doubt you can get on the 25th.

I haven't tried amazon but EMS from US was 3-4 days. Routed to somewhere to Philippines and then to Malaysia.

Fastest is 25th and most likelihood is 27th.
However, knowing Amazon, they do ship early which is when they receive stop. If they were to ship 22 US Central, you won't be getting on the 25th

I couldn't be bothered with 7 days early release sadly. I have always tendency to level fast and get most of it and this was proven way back in FFXI.

I will only start when I get both standard and collector's. (2 CE (UK & US) & Standard US)

Yea i had a feeling is 27th. NA copies wouold probably arrived earlier then any other ones if u order directly frm USamazon.

for me the ETA is 27th. there may be a 1 day delay. I can ship it from Penang to KL on the same day after receiving so you should be getting it on the next day, 28th...that is if the item arrives on the 27th.

like my starcraft pre-order, they've already send it out. and its due to arrive next week sometime on the 3rd of August. so it should take bout 1 week for the items to arrive after it is released to the general market.

wow that's a really detailed ETA. as you've pointed out, shipping delays and customs are unforeseeable. if everything is as straightforward then yeah I would guarantee the arrival date but since those 2 factors are not controlled by me, the best I can do is provide as estimate. the only thing I can control is the day when I ship it to you all.
